State House, Independence Avenue
Freetown, Sierra Leone
West Africa

Mr. President,

Please accept our most cordial and respectful greetings on behalf of the world citizenry.

Further to the information concerning the World Syntegrity Project, we have the honor and pleasure to advise you that a second Infoset has taken place in Freetown on August 29-31, this time composed of women displaced from various tribes covering 12 districts and presided over by Her Honor Mayor Florence Dilsworth. We note with particular interest the vital connection Mayor Dilsworth expressed between world citizenship and the role of women today in human affairs. This joins the recent Beijing women's conference during which a "Plan For Action" was declared for active global implementation.

The Statements of Importance resulting from this Infoset will be reproduced in the next World Citizen News and will also be added to the collected statements already available on our World Citizen Web site on the Internet. For your further information, enclosed is a list of Infosets in the planning state worldwide.

Your copy of the Oct./Nov. issue of World Citizen News which announces this important event has already been posted.

I am enclosing a copy of our letter of 14 May 1996 in case it may have been overlooked.

Please accept, Mr. President, the expression of our most cordial and respectful regards.

World Coordinator
